Schedule Requirement: 6 weekend night shifts within a 6-week period

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team in Lawton, OK. In this critical role, you will be among the first responders for patients entering the emergency department—assessing conditions, determining severity, delivering rapid interventions, and providing high-quality, lifesaving care. This position requires clinical confidence, adaptability, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and identify immediate medical needs
- Prioritize and implement emergency interventions to stabilize patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document all care accurately and promptly
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations
Submission Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent ER experience — REQUIRED
- Active Oklahoma RN License — REQUIRED
- Successful completion of all required certifications (listed below)
Required Certifications
(All must be active and issued by the American Heart Association where noted)
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
