*1 year contract sign on bonus of $2,500 to be paid at the end of the full year*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ABA Supervisor is responsible for setting and ensuring workplace compliance with performance standards. By observing their employees in clinical situations, the ABA Supervisor also provides feedback that can be used to determine whether employees need additional education or training. The primary function of the ABA Supervisor is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/ communication challenges. The ABA Supervisor also consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with the treatment team.
Caseload Maintenance:
- Must be able to work full-time hours. Hours are flexible. Must maintain 20-25 hours of direct supervision each week and complete monthly family guidance training at least one time per month.
Oversight of a caseload that includes:
- Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFL-S, ABLL-S) and functional assessment measures initially and every 6 months
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data and continually updates plan
- Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
- Teaches Behavioral Technicians on the proper implementation of behavior plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
- Monitoring of Behavioral Technicians to provide quality services with integrity, 1 hour for every 10 hours of service delivery. At least 5% of clinical time for fully licensed RBTs as regulated by LARA
- Maintain electronic health records (HIPPA compliant) and submit records to payer as requested
- Travel to families homes for supervision or parent training as needed
- Submit session notes within 48 hours of the session.
- Recruit and hire behavioral technicians, oversees scheduling, company calendar
- Attend school meetings and community events as needed or requested
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and central registry check
- Must have first aid/CPR of be willing to complete upon hire
- Must have some form of crisis intervention training or be willing to complete the training within 90 days of hire
- Will create a family friendly center environment
- Managing and uploading CMH documents
- Managing and uploading center documentation (Consent forms, initial paperwork, parent letters).
- Communicating with parents (behaviors at home, schedule changes, cancellations, client updates, general questions/concerns).
- Tracking billable hours.
- Monitoring job performance of Behavior Technicians and providing Behavior Technicians with feedback, as well as completing performance evaluations for Behavior Technicians.
Education and Experience Required:
- Masters; BCBA certification
- At least two years’ experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies; experience delivering these services
- Experience with staff training and supervision
- Must be proficient with DTT, ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures, and Staff Training
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to transport clients if needed
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
