Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic dental regional manager or dental office manager of multiple practices to serve as the regional manager for 6 dental practices in Pierce and Cowlitz counties.
Must have experience and success in team management and leadership for multiple dental practices.

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit outstanding customer service with patient as #1 priority; assist doctors in the timely and successfully resolution of the non-clinical aspects of patient complaints, concerns, and questions.
- Lead in following and training protocols that ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded.
- Lead by example
- Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s) and staff. Facilitate the resolution of any concerns.
- Ensure that staff is trained on current company processes, policies and procedures.
- It will be helpful if you have worked for a DSO in the past.
