Neutonic, a fast-growing nootropic energy brand, is hiring a Brand Partnerships & Activations Manager to own how the brand shows up in the real world. This role is responsible for building partnerships, activating creators, and executing events that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and ultimately retail demand.
You will sit at the intersection of brand and growth, turning partnerships, creators, and activations into real momentum for the business. This is a hands-on role with a strong execution bias, where success is measured by how effectively your work drives attention, footfall, and sell-through.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute brand partnerships that expand reach and cultural relevance
- Build relationships with brands, platforms, and communities, and develop co-branded campaigns.
- Own and scale the influencer and creator ecosystem across the US.
- Manage seeding, gifting, and long-term creator relationships aligned to brand priorities.
- Support retail growth through creator-led campaigns and geo-targeted activations.
- Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and sampling initiatives across key markets.
- Ensure all activations are content-first and extend beyond the physical moment.
- Collaborate with founders and creators to amplify campaigns and retail moments.
- Work cross-functionally with Social, Email, Content, Sales, and Shopper Marketing teams.
- Track performance across partnerships, creators, and activations, and optimise accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, experiential, or brand marketing.
- Experience within beverage, FMCG, or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of creator-led growth, UGC, and social-first campaigns.
- Experience executing partnerships, activations, or events end-to-end.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how brand activity drives sales.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel within the US for events and activations.
