Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Multi Site Maintenance Technician based in Burlington, WA. The role involves performing day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, addressing service requests efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the property management team to proactively identify and resolve potential concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks across locations
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus
- Experience in property or multi-site maintenance is desirable
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as required
- Commitment to safety protocols and excellent customer service
