Thrive Center for Success is seeking classroom teaching assistants with RBT experience. Teaching assistants aid lead teachers in delivering daily instruction with positive behavior supports. The low student-to-staff ratios in each of our classrooms combined with highly-specialized curriculum and instruction results in unparalleled growth and achievement for out students.
Thrive Center for Success is the first and only public charter school in Texas specifically designed for students with autism. During the 2025-2026 school year, we will enroll 180 students in K-8.
