We’re Looking for Founding Board Members
Thrive Capacity Partners is a new grassroots nonprofit based in Wisconsin that supports faith-based and disability-serving organizations through capacity-building, coaching, and organizational support. As we grow, we’re beginning to form our founding Board of Directors, and we’re looking for a few thoughtful, mission-aligned people to join us.
We are currently seeking three board members in the following areas:
Governance & Strategy Someone who enjoys big-picture thinking and helping guide an organization’s growth, structure, and long-term direction.
Fundraising & Development Someone interested in helping think through fundraising, donor engagement, and sustainability (no professional fundraising background required).
Finance & Operations Someone comfortable with finances, operations, or general oversight who values accountability and good organizational practices.
Time commitment: very manageable — a couple of hours per month and one Zoom meeting per quarter.
Location: Open to Wisconsin-based or remote board members.
