If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Competitive Pay: $18-$22/HR (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, (Saturdays as needed)What You’ll Do:Be the First Point of Contact – Answer phone calls and emails promptly with professionalism and a customer-first approach.Ensure Accuracy – Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is current and correct.Problem-Solving Pro – Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to provide seamless support and solutions.What We’re Looking For:Excellent Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients professionally.Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry.
