Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and hospital staff during night shifts.
- Serve as the on-site administrative representative, addressing urgent issues and escalating as needed.
- Ensure staff assignments are appropriate to patient acuity and census.
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold hospital policies and procedures.
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Nevada.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or acute care.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- BLS and CPI certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
