Certified Behavior Technician

Thrive Behavior Therapy — Greater Seattle Area, WA $25–$28/hr | Low Caseloads | Constant BCBA Support | Part-time & Full-time

If you've worked at a large ABA company, you already know the frustration — too many clients, not enough support, and a supervisor you see once a month if you're lucky. Thrive is built differently.

We keep caseloads intentionally low so you can actually do this work well. You'll have a UW-trained BCBA in your corner consistently — available, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you grow. You'll know your clients deeply, families will know your name, and the work you do will show up in real outcomes.

We're looking for someone who takes this seriously and wants to be part of a team that does too.

• $25–$28/hr depending on experience — pay increases tied to caseload growth at 90-day review
• Low caseloads — you'll never be stretched too thin; quality over quantity is non-negotiable here
• Constant BCBA supervision — our BCBAs are hands-on, accessible, and actively mentor the technicians on their team
• Flexible scheduling — mornings, evenings, and weekends available, Monday through Sunday
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between sessions
• A team that actually knows your name — no lost-in-the-shuffle, no corporate churn

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by our BCBAs
• Collect accurate session data on client progress
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times

• Active RBT or CBT certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ABA experience working with individuals with autism
• Clean background check — no criminal record (required for all positions)
• Reliable transportation to serve our service areas
• Strong data collection skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication with families and team members

We serve families across the Greater Seattle area, including:

Eastside & Seattle: Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Woodinville, Bothell, Seattle

South Sound: Federal Way, Tacoma, Renton, Kent, Tukwila

Snohomish County: Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, Snohomish
