Work Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:15 AM - 6:15PM (one hour lunch break)

Additional Details:

• Compensation: Salary- $1,680-$1,840 every 2 weeks based on experience
• Collection-based bonuses

Looking for someone who is caring with a big heart, has a great smile with positive energy, is efficient and punctual (being late is not an option), is trainable, eager to learn, and can work comfortably standing for 8 hours at a time. *MUST be amazing at multi-tasking and thrive in a high paced, positive environment.*
This position will require both clinical and administrative tasks.
Must be able to take direct constructive feedback and make the appropriate changes with a positive attitude.

Must have reliable transportation and backup childcare for days off school/sick days if have kids.
No experience necessary. Will train the right candidate as long as you have a great smile/attitude and loving heart as well as being a hard worker that can multitask efficiently and connect with patients and co-workers.
Good phone etiquette required.
Must be efficient in using a PC (we are not an Apple-based office).
Should be open and available for travel for training once or twice a year to Dallas area, which is paid for entirely by the office. This is a salaried position though so we leave when the daily duties are complete and seminar travel is included in salary pay. Performance bonuses will be discussed after 6 months of service.
Paid vacation is 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years of employment. Three paid sick days that get reimbursed to you if not used by the end of the year. Major holidays paid off and more (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). No weekends. Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
