Thrive Nursing is currently seeking a full-time RN/LPN for Mtn Home, AR, to work nights Sunday, Thursday & Friday 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to a teenage patient in a one-on-one setting. This allows nurses to build long-lasting relationships with their clients and make a significant impact on their quality of life. Requirements:
- Must be able to lift patient.
- Assess patient, be able to perform, ventilator checks.
- Vital signs, Administer medication.
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing.
- Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians
- Palliative care.
- Make recommendations that might improve the patient’s quality of life.
- Listen and respond to concerns or requests.
- Other duties prescribed by physician and on clients care plan.
Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas nursing license in good standing
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
