Responsibilities
Partner & Contractor Coordination
- Selects students to be maintained by each partner/contractor and maintains current student rosters
- Supports partners/contractors with inquiries regarding students
- Provides feedback to administration about partner/contractor relationships
Admissions
- Conducts interviews with prospective students and make recommendations about acceptance
- Completes paperwork required regarding prospective students
- Coordinates provider (internal, partner, contractor) for new students known to need mental health services upon acceptance
School Personnel
- Provide professional development to staff about the benefits of mental health services to Thrive’s students
- Collect informal feedback about mental health clubs and activities that most benefit students
- Discuss student mental health concerns with teachers and residential team
Student Service
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students as needed
- Works with academic and residential staff to communicate concerns and create plans for students
- Consults with parents and guardians as needed on student concerns, progress, etc.
- Completes required administrative paperwork
- Develops and implements plans and activities to support student mental and behavioral health
- Creates and/or informs and supports maintenance of behavioral and mental health related student policies
- Maintains the Student Food Pantry through development of relationships for donation and monitors distribution of goods
- Provide Crisis Management Services to students

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- 3-5 years experience in working in a school setting. Working with underserved teens is preferred.
- Effective time-management skills
- Exceptional communication skills with community partners
- General business acumen
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and values feedback to create meaningful change when needed
- Fosters relational capacity among staff, parents and students
- Process driven and administratively organized

Salary : $48,000 - $66,300
