Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient warehouse duties, including handling various tasks related to inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is willing to coordinate with the production manager on production needs for the day and the week. You will get inventory down from overstock. You will restock hangers at the production table, and pair shoes up for sales team
Be proficient ( or willing to learn) in using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including, forklifts, pallet jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload donations, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
- Perform picking and packing of orders with attention to detail to meet production managers specifications.
- Maintain an organized stock area by properly storing items and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Assist in unloading and loading products as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills
- Proficiency in operating, warehouse equipment such as forklifts, is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in materials handling with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to perform stock management tasks including inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Experience with picking and packing processes in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
