Responsibilities
- Assist with production activities to meet daily output and quality goals
- Operate equipment and tools as directed, following all safety and operational procedures
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Package, label, sort, and prepare products for the next stage of processing or shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures, and team instructions
- Identify and report production issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support production schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus
