What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Program Worker (DSP) position at Threshold Residential Services, Inc.?
Immediate opening for a Direct Support Professional to work at Threshold's car detailing shop. Threshold Residential Services, Inc. is a nonprofit agency providing home and community-based services to developmentally disabled adults in Columbiana County.
Duties of the position will include following a service plan to provide direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as completing pre-vocational and vocational training with the individuals. Staff will also complete medication administration, health-related activity and daily documentation according to the service plan. Staff will communicate with the other members of the team to ensure the best possible care is provided to the individuals who receive services from Threshold.
We are currently hiring a part-time employee to work 8:45 AM-3:15 PM Monday-Friday (32.5 hours per week). Staff will earn $11 per hour after 90 days. A signing bonus of $500 will be unlocked at increments throughout the first year of employment.
