Mental Health Aide
New Competitive Starting Rate of $16.00 an Hour!
Threshold is seeking mental health professionals to assist with the continuing implementation of a Residential Treatment Facility for young adults in Berks County. The program provides a comprehensive, collaborative, continuum-of-care service model that addresses the needs of the population from a person-centered perspective and is strength-based, recovery-oriented, and focused on positive practices.
There is a part-time position available: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 8pm - 8am. These are good hours and valuable experience for anyone interested in pursuing a position upon receipt of their degree.
Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.

Requirements
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.
- High School Diploma or GED. (Original document is required).
- Pre-employment Drug Screen.
- PA Criminal History Clearance.
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
