Full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting individuals with acquiring skills of daily living, independent living, and social interaction in their residence and their community to become an integrated member of the community. Daily job requirements will involve, but not be limited to, preparing healthy meals, administering medication, assisting with bathing and hygiene, monitoring expenses, assisting with social and recreational activities, and maintaining a clean and safe home.
Threshold has full-time and part-time Direct Support Professional positions available on all shifts.

Overtime is also available (but not required) for those candidates who are interested.

Requirements
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen.
- Pre-employment Physical Exam.
- Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable).
- PA Criminal History Clearance.
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
- For certain DSP positions, successful completion of Medication Administration Training is required.
Salary : $16 - $18
