About the Role:
The Assistant Manager at Grease Monkey will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility while supporting the overall management team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met consistently. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in inventory management, financial reporting, and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency. A key focus will be on fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among staff members. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager will contribute to the growth and success of Grease Monkey 28 by driving performance and maintaining high standards of service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automotive service industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
