Salary: $115,000–$145,000 up to 20% annual bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW
At Thresh Product Designers design new feature concepts, product flows, and enhancements while working within—and evolving—existing design systems. This role operates with increasing autonomy and partners closely with product and engineering teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
CONCEPT & EXPERIENCE DESIGN
- Design end-to-end user flows for new features and enhancements across web, mobile and AI products for both B2C and B2B applications
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction patterns that can be implemented by both Thresh and client engineering teams
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints collaborating with Product Managers to design products for success
DESIGN SYSTEMS & COMPONENTS
- Extend and refine component-based design systems in Figma Variables tied to a larger design tokenization effort
- Propose and document new components and patterns working across multiple design teams both at Thresh and with clients
- Ensure consistency and scalability across experiences with a focus on UI quality
- Leverage new AI tools to speed up design processes and help automate system adherence and governance
COLLABORATION & QUALITY
- Partner with product managers and marketing teams to shape requirements and deliver delightful user experiences
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible execution against design concepts and systems adherence
- Support junior designers through feedback and work with Thresh design leadership to help our grow our design practice
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years of product design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools
- Experience working with modern component-based design systems
- Strong understanding of UX patterns and usability
- Knowledge of new AI design products and practices

The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments, and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $115,000 to $145,000 annualized and other competitive benefits.
