ABOUT THRESH
Thresh Consulting is a modern digital consulting firm built for the AI era—where strategy, execution, and craft come together to deliver real outcomes with speed. Our specialty is helping organizations design, build, and scale AI-native digital products that create exceptional customer experiences and drive measurable value. We equip clients to separate signal from noise, moving from AI experimentation to operational adoption.
At Thresh, our GTM teams connect executive-level vision to actionable product growth. We go to market with a strategy first approach helping client leaders navigate ambiguity, define market opportunities, and build the business case for digital innovation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Go-To-Market & Growth Strategy Lead will own the go-to-market process end-to-end for Thresh including prospect identification, approach strategy and deal flow. The ideal candidate has experience both in leading a GTM or enterprise sales team and comfortable both leading outreach and running their own sales plays. The role works closely with Thresh partners and leaders to define the right problems, craft compelling solutions, and build the business cases that unlock investment and close deals.
This role operates with significant autonomy, combining strategic thinking with business acumen and client influence to turn ambiguous challenges into clear, executable opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who is equally comfortable in a board room with executives, in a war room with their team, and in the weeds of deal structure and commercial terms.

LEAD AND COLLABORATE
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure GTM strategy is technically sound and user-centered
- Partner with delivery leaders to validate assumptions, pressure-test designs, and build confidence in the approach for specific industries and accounts
- Be an in-market leader driving outbound reach outs, conference attendance and master of ceremonies at pitch meetings
