Design Analyst

Location: Midland, TX (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Possible Extension and Potential for Permanent Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Start Time (Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Analyst to support project coordination, customer communication, and administrative operations within a fast-paced design and project management team. This role serves as a key point of contact for both internal departments and external customers, ensuring projects are initiated accurately, tracked effectively, and completed on schedule.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and internal ticketing systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service while handling routine and complex customer conversations professionally.
• Review customer project information for accuracy and request clarification when needed.
• Initiate new projects by gathering requirements, establishing project records, and coordinating project setup.
• Assign projects to appropriate team members based on workload and geographic area.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate tracking of assignments, milestones, and completion dates.
• Track project statuses and prepare workload reports for leadership as requested.
• Communicate with internal operations teams regarding project updates and order clarification.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to support departmental initiatives.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and utilize internal software systems used for scheduling, reporting, project tracking, and work management.

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently handle high-volume phone calls and challenging conversations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software applications and internal business systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
