You’re the face of Threefold Bakery! It's your job to welcome our guests as if our space is an extension of your home. It's our expectation for you to deliver excellent guest service, where every guest leaves feeling better than when they came in. Operate with Focus, Efficiency, and Sense of urgency.

Responsibilities: 

Counter Server:

• Clock-in and ready for shift at scheduled time.

• Making sure we remain professional with every interaction
• Greeting each guest as they enter our store
• Making sure the pastry case is fully stocked with the days offerings
• Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of FOH, ensuring all orders, ingredients and supplies are correctly labeled and stored. 
• Supporting our guests by ensuring we are willingly slicing bread, warming pastries, and embracing hospitality. 
• Accurately ring in orders and efficiently manage cash handling to ensure precise transactions processing. 
• Package guests orders with an attention to detail and consistency. 
• Responsible for doing dishes throughout the day and keeping the dish station clean.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage time, breaks and clocking in/out with accuracy and honesty, promptly communicating any discrepancies to management.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, allergens and operations
• Confidently and eloquently communicate with guests about offerings to enhance their experience and drive sales. 
• Embodies and communicates the story of Threefold through both words and actions.
• Completing the Front of House opening and closing checklist. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to the benefit of a cohesive team

Barista:

• Making sure every beverage is up to the Threefold standard
• Keeping the Barista station tidy & clean 
• Breaking down & cleaning the station in accordance with SOP 
• Talk shop about coffee, latte art & seasonal drinks 

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks with precision  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly and continuously lift up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive motions
• Frequent walking, standing, bending and reaching
