As a Business Software Consultant at Three30 Group you will help in the design, implementation, delivery, and support of software solutions for our customers. We are interested in individuals who are self-motivated, passionate about technology and helping others, and who want to become leaders within the organization.
In this role you will:
- Learn and maintain expert-level Zoho product knowledge.
- Analyze and document current business processes and application requirements.
- Develop Zoho application designs and recommendations based on the client's requirements.
- Develop project estimates and plans. You will manage and execute the project plans, client expectations, and scope changes.
- Provide Zoho application configuration services for clients.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Develop and deliver end-user training.
- Provide and / or coordinate post implementation support for the client.
- Participate in live and virtual marketing events like trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
Skills & experience desired:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and configuring complex CRM, ERP, or business software solutions.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects, meet deadlines, manage project priorities, and client requirements.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, conflict management, and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- CRM, ERP, or business software certifications are a plus.
