Job Description
Three Way Logistics is an industry leader in material management, logistics, and comprehensive transportation services with proven accuracy, flexibility, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a FullTime Customer Service Representative in our Manor, TX facility.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be available to work Weekends and overtime when needed.
JOB SUMMARY
This position will interact with our customers to provide detailed information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests. This includes the creation and processing of orders and documentation as requested. The CSR is the customer’s first point of contact for resolving issues and communicating expectations. Must be accurate and have excellent interpersonal relationship skills while remaining calm and helpful during frustrating situations. CSR uses proactive customer care methods to assist customers while improving our corporate quality image.
Essential Duties
· Analyzes customer requests, provides information, and communicates needs to the desired audience.
· Responds to customer requests via the appropriate communication media.
· Books detailed orders in the TMS with all necessary information for dispatch,
· Provides pricing and quotes to customers.
· Provides customers with accurate and timely updates and troubleshooting solutions.
Updating orders in TMS, uploading documents, verifying charges, and closing orders.
· Work closely with the departmental teams to enhance the quality of service.
· Responsible for completing safety and compliance training.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience / Requirements
· Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience with customer service.
· Ability to respond via phone and email.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
· Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
· Self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
· Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Maintain an excellent attendance record.
· Must speak English. Bilingual a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
