Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses for our night shift team!
As an RN at Three Trails, you’ll play an essential role in providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care while working alongside a dedicated behavioral health team.

* Provide nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting
* Assess patient needs and monitor changes in condition
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
* Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary treatment team
* Support a safe, therapeutic environment for patients
* Respond appropriately to behavioral and clinical changes
* Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families

Registered Nurse for the state of Missouri or compact
Willing to work 7:00pm-7:30am on a rotating basis
