What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to behavioral health patients
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
- Support a safe, therapeutic environment during evening and overnight hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Act as a strong, calm leader when it matters most
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license for the state of Missouri or compact
- A passion for behavioral health and patient advocacy
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to stay composed, confident, and compassionate in all situations
- Someone who can work 7:00pm-7:00am
