The Opportunity
Three Tines Home Remodeling is the premier Bath Planet dealer serving the Lehigh Valley. We do one thing and we do it better than anyone: transform a homeowner's bath or shower in as little as one day, backed by a lifetime warranty on labor and material.
We are hiring In-Home Sales Consultants who want a real income, not a draw against a hope. Our top performers clear $200,000 . This is a one-call-close, in-home consultative sale with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. You are not cold calling. You are not generating your own leads. You show up, you run the presentation, you close.
What You'll Do
- Run 1 to 2 pre-set, qualified in-home appointments per day with homeowners who requested a consultation
- Measure the space, listen to what the homeowner actually needs, and design the right solution
- Present using our custom tablet presentation covering safety, product, warranty, and investment
- Present financing options and price the job on the spot using our pricing tool
- Close the sale in the home and hand off a clean, accurate job packet to production
- Follow up on unsold appointments and generate referrals from happy customers

Who We're Looking For
- Proven in-home or direct sales experience preferred (home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar one-call-close environment)
- Comfortable presenting in the home and asking for the order
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to run a proven process instead of freelancing
- Available evenings and some Saturdays, because that is when homeowners are home
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
We will consider a strong closer from outside the industry. Product knowledge is teachable. Work ethic and the ability to sit across from a homeowner and earn trust are not.
Compensation
1099 independent contractor. Commission-based with performance bonuses. First-year consultants who run the process typically earn $120,000 to $180,000. Experienced closers earn $250,000 to $300,000 . There is no cap.
