Three Thirty One Creative is seeking a strategic, highly organized, resourceful operator to lead client engagements across brand partnerships, activations, content, and special projects.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, account management, and execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a partnership recommendation, building a client presentation, managing a photoshoot, or helping bring a complex activation to life.
You'll serve as a day-to-day lead across client engagements, helping shape strategic recommendations while ensuring projects move forward efficiently and successfully. While this role requires a high degree of ownership, you'll have access to internal and external resources to help execute projects as they scale.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Lead day-to-day management of client engagements across brand partnerships, marketing, activations, and special projects.
- Develop partnership strategies, marketing recommendations, campaign concepts, and creative briefs that align with client objectives.
- Build and present client-facing materials including partnership decks, strategic recommendations, outreach materials, and project recaps.
- Lead partnership and talent ideation, identifying opportunities that align with brand objectives and cultural relevance.
- Serve as a trusted client partner, managing communication, expectations, and strategic conversations throughout an engagement.
- Stay informed on cultural, consumer, and industry trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
Project Management & Execution
- Own project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workstreams, effectively managing internal team members, freelancers, and agency partners to drive projects from concept through execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with client stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, PR, social, production, legal, and executive leadership teams to align priorities, navigate approvals, and drive programs forward.
- Lead the execution of activations, events, content shoots, merchandise programs, and partnership launches, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and proactively remove roadblocks before they impact timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
Business Growth & Team Leadership
- Partner directly with the Founder on new business opportunities, client growth initiatives, agency development projects, and proposal/pitch development.
- Contribute to internal processes, templates, and ways of working that help the agency scale effectively.
- Support and mentor junior team members, freelancers, and external partners as the team grows.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, experiential marketing, account management, production, or related fields.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategy through execution.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding solutions in fast-moving environments.
