Pay: Starting at $60.00 / hour
Three Springs Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated, in-house therapy team in Chester, IL. Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Individualized Care Plans: Formulate and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals.
- Therapeutic Delivery: Provide direct speech and language therapy to enhance communication, swallow function, and independence.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with physicians, nurses, physical/occupational therapists, and families for holistic care.
- Progress Tracking & Documentation: Monitor patient outcomes and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active, unrestricted Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (or immediate eligibility).
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-first care.
