Schedule

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Full-Time Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN)

• $39.00 per hour – Less than 5 years of experience

• $40.00 per hour – 5 or more years of experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• $34.00 per hour – Less than 5 years of experience

• $35.00 per hour – 5 or more years of experience

Position Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
