Veterinarian

Family owned small animal practice in Bowling Green, KY in search of an associate veterinarian to join our practice. We are a full service facility, offering all aspects of wellness pet care, pet dentistry, internal medicine, laser surgery, in house HD Digital radiography, Dermatology, Class IV therapy laser, a full pharmacy, medical grooming, microchip placement, home/farm visits and daytime and after hours emergency services. The hospital has a state of the art diagnostic laboratory and we offer regular and luxury boarding. We strive to provide the highest standards and quality care to our patients and clients.

Job Title: Associate Veterinarian: Small or Mixed animal/Equine

Reporting to: LukeGriffith, DVM

Education: Degree from Accredited Veterinary School

License/Certifications: current KY Vet license, USDA accreditation, DEA license.

Salary: Competitive according to experience and skills, will be negotiated.

Hours: Full time or Part time

Job Duties:
- Performs thorough physical examinations; diagnoses physical conditions and presents diagnostic and treatment alternatives to the client being sensitive to their emotional as well as functional needs.
- Prior experience as a small or mixed animal/equine veterinarian (recommended)
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and professionally with all audiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
