Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow based in LaGrange, GA. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders. Responsibilities include addressing communication and language challenges, implementing therapy programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to support children in achieving developmental goals. The professional will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and effective care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech interventions
- Proficiency in assessing and treating Dysphagia
- Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- State licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- State licensure and certification as a Clinical Fellow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues
- Experience with pediatric therapy preferred but not required
- Ability to create and implement engaging and effective therapy plans
