Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Financial / Budget Analyst to support DoD financial management, audit readiness, and internal control activities. This role supports high-visibility audit efforts and enterprise-level financial compliance initiatives. Position Responsibilities:
- Support budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis activities
- Assist in development and execution of Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) programs
- Support audit readiness efforts, including preparation and validation of audit artifacts
- Analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems
- Develop and track corrective action plans for audit findings and internal control deficiencies
- Coordinate with program offices to ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting
- Experience supporting DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or similar certification
- Experience supporting DoD audit activities (e.g., SBR audits, RMIC, FMFIA compliance)
- Experience working with internal controls and audit documentation Security Requirements:
- Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
