Duties:
-General Housekeeping and Kitchen Chores
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (CRMA's)
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic systems such as Point Click Care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
Qualifications:
-CRMA 40hour required, CNA or a PSS certificate ARE REQUIRED.
- Previous experience in memory care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols (CRMA's)
- Understanding of basic physiology and medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
