Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site RN/LPN position based in Fremont, NE. The RN/LPN will provide public health nursing services, including conducting health assessments, administering immunizations, and assisting in disease prevention and health education initiatives. The role includes collaboration with community partners, participation in public health clinics, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Additional responsibilities may include case management, outbreak response, and data collection to support public health programs.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills, including health assessments, immunization administration, and case management
- Experience in patient education, health promotion, and public health initiatives
- Proficiency in record-keeping, data collection, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and community partners
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of public health principles and guidelines
