As an on-site Health Services Director, this position supports the community by directing all aspects of resident care, including assisted living services, maintaining medical supplies inventory, implementing health orientation, and training programs for staff and residents
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Utilize critical care skills to assess and manage patient conditions effectively.
- Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring proper nurse management and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
*Qualifications*
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Proficient in physiology knowledge and healthcare systems.
- Experience in home health, assisted living, or critical care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
