Job Announcement:
Are you passionate about racial equity and removing barriers to natural spaces? Join our Community Engagement team in building authentic relationships and creating welcoming environments to advance equitable opportunities to access and enjoy Three Rivers and outdoor experiences for communities that are underrepresented in outdoor spaces. Engage community in introductory activities including biking and camping and help connect residents to our Recreation Pass Plus fee assistance program.
STARTING WAGE: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications:
At least one year of experience or related training in community outreach, education, youth development, or a related field. The ability to apply various teaching techniques and adapt to varying audiences. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Minnesota Class D Driver License upon appointment.
