Days per Week: 4 Days
Days per Year: 155 Days

Compensation: $17.20 - $21.79 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9 dependent on prior contracted educational experience. Employees in qualifying positions will receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision and will receive contributions to their PERS retirement accounts. Qualifications:
- Able to work with small children
- Proficient in elementary school level math, spelling, reading and English usage
- Good computer skills
- Assist teacher as needed / Supervision duties as needed
- Ability to take initiative and be self-directed
- Ability to conduct small reading groups under teacher direction
- Ability to discipline with dignity
- Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional
Requirements:

Two (2) years of college coursework or Associate's Degree (May be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)
