Responsibilities
- Work with school personnel to identify children who would benefit from small group support based on STAAR Assessment data
- Oversee the implementation of and/or implement activities in Skill-building and Read-Aloud components facilitated y Save the Children trained literacy tutors
- Support literacy tutors in the planning and implementation of the literacy program
- Provide feedback to literacy tutors concerning best practices inliteracy
- Structure the schedule of activities
- Work with literacy staff to organize children into groups based on reading & grade levels
- Record program attendance
