What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor, Psychology (On-site) position at Three Rivers College?

Full-time, nine-month, non-tenure track position responsible for instruction and student advising. This position is expected to be present on campus for program face-to-face courses as required.
Faculty are expected to provide academic advising to students and participate in college and department activities. Teach 30 credit hours per academic year via face-to-face, online, interactive television/Zoom, and/or hybrid/web-enhanced modalities as assigned. Position may include teaching at external locations and/or evenings and weekends as required. Additional duties include curriculum development, program accreditation efforts, and recruitment and retention.
Faculty must maintain minimum office hours and availability to students. Expectations also include but are not limited to completion of required trainings; completion of all required assignments and deadlines; attend college, department, and faculty meetings; serve on college and department committees as assigned. Master’s degree and 18 graduate hours in PSYC required. Experience with adult education and community college teaching preferred.
Salary range is $41,338 - $45,906, dependent upon education and experience. Excellent fringe benefit package including, but not limited to health, dental, vision, and life insurance; sick leave; and the Missouri Public School & Education Employee Retirement System.
