Duties

- Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with privacy regulations and healthcare standards.
- Update patient information regularly, including medical history, treatment notes, test results, and billing data.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to verify the accuracy of medical documentation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information in accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations.
- Assist in scanning paper records into digital formats and managing electronic document storage.
- Respond to internal requests for medical record access while adhering to strict privacy protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical hospital and healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with a paper based system and medical record management software.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret and document clinical information.
