Role Description The Information Technology Business Consultant will work on-site in Little Rock, AR or virtually in a full-time capacity, collaborating directly with clients to assess current operations and identify opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping workflows, and recommending technology solutions that align with each client’s goals and constraints. The role involves leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, designing system configurations, and supporting the implementation of software platforms, CRM tools, automation solutions, and practical AI use cases. The consultant will prepare clear reports and presentations, guide stakeholders through change, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption. Ongoing tasks include monitoring performance, refining solutions based on feedback, and helping clients establish sustainable, repeatable processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose process issues, and develop practical recommendations.
- Solid knowledge of information technology, including common business software, integrations, automation tools, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement, including workflow mapping and documenting standard operating procedures.
- Background in management consulting or advisory work, with an ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive change.
- Business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
