Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance role focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment in a regulated medical device environment, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to line issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, FDA, and ISO standards
• Document maintenance activities and testing results
• Collaborate with engineering, production teams, and vendors
• Support safety improvements and maintain 5S standards
• Set up, repair, and optimize equipment performance

• Root cause analysis – 3 years
• Use of tools (multimeter, hand tools) – 3 years
• Medical device / regulated industry experience – 1 years

Education / Experience

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs)
• Extended standing, bending, and movement
