The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a cold storage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Put away inventory and organize stock
• Scan products and update inventory systems
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks
• Follow all safety rules and regulations at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Handle multiple tasks and meet daily operational targets
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs independently
• Comfortable working in a cold environment daily
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
Additional Requirements:
• Must bring own steel-toe shoes
• Dress code: jeans (no rips) and hoodless sweatshirt
• Company provides cold-weather gear (coat, hat, gloves)
• Must pass background check, drug test, and medical questionnaire
