About Us

Our  Insurance agency is a rapidly expanding independent agency partnered with our sister mortgage company. Currently operating in 13 states today and actively expanding into additional states, we’re building toward becoming the largest independent insurance agency in the U.S. We currently have offices in North Denver, CO and outside Missoula, MT. Remote/hybrid work model available.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Producer (1099) who’s ready for a bigger, better opportunity. As a young, rapidly scaling company, we offer significant room for career growth. This role suits a driven producer who excels in a remote/hybrid setting and wants to rapidly grow their book using high-quality, in-house leads.

What You’ll Do

• Convert high-quality in-house leads provided by our mortgage and real estate partners
• Sell personal (auto, home, umbrella)-If you are heavily experienced in commercial lines, let us know.
• Offer proper coverages to clients, we do not write state minimums at this agency
• Cross sell other insurance lines to clients, to ensure they are fully covered
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with underwriting and mortgage teams to close business efficiently
• Document and track activity and production in our CRM and AMS systems

What We’re Looking For

• Active resident producer insurance license(s) in at least one state (MT or CO to start).
• Proven production history as a licensed producer
• Experience working remotely and managing a digital sales workflow
• Experience working with an independent insurance agency within the last 3 years
• Experience working within an AMS system
• Strong consultative sales skills and client-service focus
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating as a 1099 producer
• Someone who is willing to put in the work for the long term pay off

• 1099 contract: competitive commission option, or an attractive base salary with a smaller, performance-based commission

• Remote/hybrid flexibility with optional office space in North Denver, CO or Missoula, MT. Will meet once a week in person/you will need to go to the office once or twice a week starting out.
