Three Pines is seeking a dependable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member to join our grounds maintenance team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the golf course, grounds, and facilities to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities include: Maintain golf course grounds, including greens, tees, fairways roughs, and landscaped areas Operate and maintain mowing and grounds maintenance equipment Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscaping Perform basic course maintenance and improvement projects Help with irrigation system maintenance and repairs Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines Assist with seasonal course preparation and weather-related maintenance Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications include: Reliable, hardworking, and dependable Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus Experience operating mowing or grounds equipment is preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule: Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Seasonal and year-round opportunities may be available.
