We’re seeking a Brand Designer (Contract) to join the three pines collective creative team through the end of 2025. This entry-level position is ideal for a designer who’s eager to grow, collaborate, and build real-world experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
You’ll support our senior designers and creative directors in creating visually engaging assets across brand, digital, and print projects. From social media graphics and marketing materials to logo iterations and client presentations, your work will help bring ideas to life and support our mission of meaningful storytelling.
If it’s a strong fit, this contract role has the potential to transition into a full-time position in 2026.
- Create visual assets including logos, social media graphics, ads, and presentation materials.
- Assist in preparing design files for both print and digital use.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all creative work.
- Support layout design, photo editing, and occasional basic motion or animation work.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, creative directors, and content creators.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Stay organized and meet project timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Basic awareness of branding and marketing principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a good eye for design (student work, personal projects, or freelance pieces welcome).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation.
- Experience designing for Webflow and/or Shopify.
- Interest in photography, illustration, or content creation.
- A desire to grow within a creative agency environment.
