Transportation Coordinator
Part Time | Day Shift
** PAY RATE BETWEEN $18.07-$22.08 per hour**
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Transportation Coordinator Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
- Good driving record.
- Experience working with the elderly population preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- CPR Certified.
- Ability to sit, stand, push, pull frequently and lift objects weighing 40 pounds frequently.
- Ability to bend down to hook and unhook wheelchairs and to push and or pull in a wheelchair a resident weighing up to 250 pounds.
What you'll do as a Transportation Coordinator:
- Coordinate and schedule trips in conjunction with Health Care Coordinators, Social Workers, residents, and medical providers to meet resident transportation needs.
- Drive residents in facility vehicles to medical appointments, shopping, etc., in a safe and courteous manner. Assist residents in and out of vehicle as needed.
- Pick up and deliver medication and stock supply items.
- Provide back up to Lifestyle Coordinator for scheduled outings and assist with activity program implementation as able
- Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning on campus vehicles (refuel, tire pressure, safety mechanisms, oil, and other fluids, first aid kits, vacuuming, car wash, etc.). Report any vehicle needs to Administrative Assistant Environmental Services.
- Review, maintain and follow up on issues communicated in the vehicle log books. Report issues to Administrative Assistant Environmental Services.
