ABOUT THREE PILLARS: Since 1905, Three Pillars has served thousands of residents and their families. We offer adults 55 and older a full continuum of living on a nearly 300-acre wooded setting in Wisconsin's beautiful Lake Country. Our dedication to providing high-quality housing and a rich variety of programs and services remains as strong today as it was in the beginning.
OUR GROWTH: We're prouder than ever of our existing campus that's grown through the years, and now, in response to a growing demand for active adult living, investing in the next generation. People don't want to be told what to do, what to be involved in, and what to listen to; this next generation wants choices, freedom, and the Rolling Stones. To address this, we have a 125-million-dollar expansion underway, set to finish in late 2026. What we're doing does not exist in Lake Country, southeast Wisconsin, or the state.
Our expansion is set on almost 70 of our 300 acres and features a downtown destination, lofts, garden homes, and much, much more. From a supper club, pub, and performing arts center, to art studios, spa, and wellness, Three Pillars is positioning itself to lead this next generation of active adult living in Lake Country and Wisconsin. Our new Director of Marketing will play a critical role in managing how we interact with key stakeholders and show up in the community, throughout the opening of this expansion and beyond.
